Wiþi standard units

The Wiþi standard units are a set of units of measurement proposed by Lañome ad lini that were adopted by the Wiþi Empire in 1931. While containing some references to previous systems, the Wiþi standard units are very different from the Historic adcovtle units that preceded them. The system is based on the notion of having a single unit for each type of measurement, which is then scaled by powers of 10 to the length required.

Adoption

While Tiðloten once had several competing units of measurement, the Wiþi system of weights and measures has become the most common across the continent, finding official use everywhere except Fole Enkan and Šalva, which use the Enkan system of measurement, and the Ancient Land, whose usage is complex.
